When I visit [3.0 docs](http://yt-project.org/docs/3.0/) with too small a browser window the top options bar collapses into a smaller drop down website. If I click on this button, the menu appears and quickly disappears again before I am able to see or select an option.

I have found this using Chrome and Firefox on OSX and Firefox on Ubuntu.
