[yt-dev] Anaconda packages have been updated

The yt conda packages that Continuum Analytics builds for us as part of the
anaconda python distribution have just been updated for yt 3.0.

Most importantly, there is now a 64 bit Windows build along with the OSX
and Linux builds!

Right now there are only 64 bit packages, but we should have 32 bit
packages soon after fixing an issue that causes test failures on 32 bit
builds of yt.

If you use conda, you should be able to update yt with "conda update yt".
