[yt-dev] Selector generalize and ARTIO spatial pushed to main repo

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know that the selector_generalize and
artio_spatial changes have been pushed to the main yt-3.0 repository.

This includes Doug's work on generalizing and cleaning up the selector
code, as well as reducing some duplicated code there, as well as the
work I've done on getting spatial data selection for ARTIO.
