[yt-dev] proposal to replace enzo_tiny_cosmology data

Wha about keeping that data available, but add a new one with the physics
enabled?  enzo_tiny_uvb_chemistry_cosmology?

Dreamhost offers unlimited storage with no download or upload limit so it
doesn't cost anyone anything to have the extra data available.
