[yt-dev] Outreach to the community / blog rewrite / IPython notebooks

Thanks, Cameron.  I think a good workflow for this would be:

1) Blog via PR
2) Publish a link on the G+ page

I'm going to also revamp the "Community" section of the website to include
recent blog posts and recently uploaded data on the hub.
