[Yt-dev] 1.7 Release

Hi Stephen,

I just saw you added a bunch of docstrings.  Thanks a ton, it's very
helpful, and will make the entire software package more valuable and
easy to use!

I'll take a look at what it would take to fix the docstrings for my stuff, but it's likely not going to happen before Friday, as you've guessed.
