[Yt-dev] trunk on kraken

Which ones?  I'm wondering if we should consolidate, or if there is
some header file that is multiply included differently or something.
I know that mpi4py utilizes an "include" mechanism to have only a
single Cython module -- I'd kind of like to avoid that, however.
