Well, true, we could eliminate a lot without load balancing.  If
anybody has any idea for parallelizing the adaptive projections, I'm
all ears...

This week I'll see what I can come up with and send out some more
emails about which enzo branch to use, how to compile etc., if you
want to try.  I hope that there'll be some fun brainstorming from Week
Of Code!
