Nope, the code never made its way over.  I'll fix 0.2 -> 0.02, which I
think was whati t was set to previously.  I probably messed it up when
creating HaloFinder.py.

I haven't changed the linking length for FOF.  Stephen, feel free to
go ahead and fix that if you think it is wrong.  :)
