[Yt-dev] yt attempts to create a data file for serialization even when h5py is not present

Hi Jeff,

I agree.  PyTables serialization fell back on no serialization if
PyTables was unavailable; does anybody have an idea where things got
changed in the changeover to h5py that we no longer fall back?
