[Yt-dev] field_parameters in phase plots

Hmm again-- On closer inspection, maybe it's doing what I want, but I
had some order of magnitude discrepancies in the numbers I expect to
see. So when I expected the results to change by an order of
magnitude, and they didn't, I figured I was doing something wrong with
YT. Turns out the answer wasn't supposed to change that much (so now
I need to sort out why *that* is, but that's not y'all's problem.)

Sorry for the inbox clutter.
