I've been resorting to 0.8.7 for the past couple of months after 0.8.8 and
0.8.9 were released because I run into strange errors, probably because of
the not-simlpe-fix issue Stephen noted. The portion of the code where I
encountered problems were doing parallel HOP halo finding.
